Miss Lowson had collected Pendelfin for a number of years but she had to give them all away when she moved abroad. She really regrets her decision to give all her Pendelfin away so has decided to start off a new collection. She started off buying Duncan as his Union Jack hat reminded her of her days back home. She hopes to buy many more Pendelfin figures to try and rebuild her collection.
