If you place your order without contacting us for a quote first, we'll process your order and charge the postage, provided we deem the amount 'reasonable'. Obviously, if we feel that the postage amount is excessive we'll contact you before proceeding.

What if my order is 'Out of Stock'?
 We are 'serious' stockists, so being 'out of stock' doesn't happen often. But - in that unlikely event, then we are very much in the hands of our suppliers. We'll give you an estimated delivery time and then mercilessly 'chase' your order with our suppliers till it comes in. Of course, we NEVER take payment until your goods are ready to be sent to you.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive? If we have the goods in stock, we can ship them the very day we receive payment. How soon you receive your shipment really depends on where you live. If you're in the U.K., then two or three days is all you need to wait. (For guaranteed next day delivery, just give us a ring on 01604 637596 and will give you a quote.) If you're the other side of the planet, then 10 days is a more likely target.

What if my Goods Arrive Damaged?  We'll be amazed! But in the unlikely event of disaster, we won't make a fuss. Just send a photograph of the damaged goods and the packaging and we'll replace them completely free of charge.
