Prince Philip Figurine, from the Susan Anne Carlton Decorated Chess Set. Height 14 cms. This piece is made from Stone Poly-resin and is decorated entirely by hand.

Since 1969, Studio Anne Carlton has been renowned as the world's premier designer and manufacturer of decorative chess sets. To commemorate one of the most important occasions in the long history of the British monarchy, this beautifully hand-crafted ches set celebrates the 60 glorious years since Queen Elizabeth II's accesion to the throne in 1952. The set has been developed in partnership with St. George's Chapel, Windsor and depicts Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Philip on the occasion of the'Garter day Ceremony' at Windsor Castle.
