We're dedicated to supplying gifts and homewares from the world's best known quality brands. Established in 1848, the business is currently run by the fifth generation of the Church family. What if my Goods Arrive Damaged? We'll be amazed! But in the unlikely event of disaster, we won't make a fuss. Just send a photograph of the damaged goods and the packaging and we'll replace them completely free of charge.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive? If we have the goods in stock, we can ship them the very day we receive payment. How soon you receive your shipment really depends on where you live. If you're in the U.K., then a day or two is all you need to wait. If you're the other side of the planet, then 10 days is a more likely target.

What if My Order is 'Out of Stock'? Naturally, in the unlikely event of us being out of stock, then we are very much in the hands of our suppliers, but you can be sure that we will remorselessly 'chase' your order till it arrives with us. Of course, we won't take payment until the goods are despatched to you.

How Will I know You've Received my Order? After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received. If you do not receive an order confirmation you have probably entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email or phone and will we forward you a copy of your order.

How will I know if my order has been sent? A confirmation email will be sent to you on the same day your order is despatched.

When do I pay for my order? Payment is only taken from your Credit/Debit card on the day your order is despatched.
The secure server that we use simply captures your card information. This enables us to process your transaction as and when your order is ready to be despatched and not before.

How do I change or cancel an order? If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us by email or by telephone on 01604 638312 between 9.00a.m and 5.00p.m Monday To Friday. It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
Your name, Order number, Date of the order
If your order has already been sent, you will need to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section for further details on our returns policy).

Returns and Refunds We hope you'll love your purchase, but if you wish to return an item to us FOR ANY REASON, then we'll make it as quick and easy as we can. As long as we rceive the item(s) 28 days of the date of despatch so long as it's still in a saleable condition. We'll refund the price of the item or offer you an alternative (whichever you prefer) plus any outgoing delivery costs (if applicable).
None of this affects your statutory rights.

Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer`s original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your despatch note.
Once we've received and checked the returned item we'll apply your refund or send your replacement.
