This includes The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. We reckon it usually takes 2 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach you.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item to us FOR ANY REASON - don't worry. We'll make it quick and easy. If we receive the item within 28 days of the date of despatch and it's still in a saleable condition, we'll refund the price of the item or offer you an alternative (whichever you prefer). Please wrap the item securely, using the manufacturer`s original packaging, and remember to enclose your despatch note. Don't forget - we can arrange for you to have your Halcyon Days box personalised. Make a gift feel really special by adding your own greeting applied to the underside of the lid. There are two ways of doing this. You can either choose one of the boxes shown above in the last category, called 'Personalised Lids'. These boxes are specifically designed to have your message applied. Or - we can arrange for you to have any other enamel box personalised. Naturally, there are restrictions, such as the size of the box, but we usually find that we can achieve what you're looking for. The best thing is to select your box.
