"Lladro has been one of my favourite figurine ranges since we first started stocking the range way back in the early seventies. There are so many reasons for our fondness for the Lladro Collection. It could be the wonderful elegance and emotion evoked by every piece. It could be the tremendous depth and breadth of the range of figurines. It could be for purely commercial reasons - because, over the last 40 years we've sold more Lladro than any other single product range. But I think the reason really must be the wonderful close relationship that we have with Lladro. Their customer service is second-to-none and they have recognised from the very beginning that attention to detail and 'listening' to the collector and the retailer are the cornerstones to success. There are many aspects of our two companies that mirror each other - Lladro is still run by the family. The three Lladro brothers, though elderly now, all have an active interest in the development of the company, having seen it through the very early years, when the original pieces were first sculpted in the garden shed. Ultimately, it has to be said that the true reasons for a fondness for Lladro can be summed up as Quality, Style and Service."
