The origins of Lladró go back to the mid-1950s and the Spanish village of Almácera (Valencia). It was here that three sons of a modest farming family built a small Moorish kiln in the patio of their parents' home and began to experiment with making porcelain sculptures. Soon afterwards, thanks to their efforts and enthusiasm, they managed to set up a small artisan workshop where they began creating ceramic flowers. From these humble beginnings grew the company, which, today, is the international leader in the field of decorative porcelain.

What if my goods arrive damaged?
We'd be amazed! But in the unlikely event of disaster, we won't make a fuss. Within three days of receiving the parcel, email us a photograph of the damaged goods and the packaging and we'll replace them completely free of charge, including your shipping costs. Naturally, if you prefer, we'll give you a complete refund.
Depending on the degree of damage, we may ask you to return the item(s) to us; We'll advise you of our preferred carrier and refund your costs in full.
And what if my purchase isn't suitable for my needs?
Again - no problem at all. We'll be more than happy for you to send the item(s) back to us, although we won't be able to refund your postage costs. Simply send us an email and we'll advise you as to our preferred shipping method (we would also ask that you retain proof of postage). As soon as the goods (in the original packaging and in perfect condition) are back with us, then we'll be happy to supply an alternative or issue you with a refund, whichever you prefer.

We use standard Royal Mail Packet or Parcel Post. For this service, please allow 5 working days. If, for any reason, we anticipate a longer delivery time, we'll email or call to let you know.
