Our Returns & Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged, we won't make a fuss. We just ask that, within ten days of receiving the parcel, you email us, a photograph of the damaged goods and the packaging and we'll replace them completely free of charge, including your shipping costs. Naturally, if you prefer, we’ll give you a complete refund.
Depending on the degree of damage, we may ask you to return the item to us; we’ll advise you of our preferred carrier and refund your costs in full.
If the item you purchased isn’t suitable for your needs, then it can be returned. Simply call us on +44 (0)1924 331499 or send us an email, within 28 days of receipt of your goods, and we’ll advise you as to our preferred shipping method. As soon as the goods (in the original packaging and in perfect condition) are back with us, then we’ll be happy to supply an alternative or issue you with a refund, whichever you prefer. We won’t be able to refund your shipping costs.
We're sorry - but for reasons of Health & Safety, we’re unable to accept the return of items of jewellery.
